Payment Information: Stored only when an artist requests a withdrawal. This includes PayPal email, Swish phone number, IBAN, or other relevant payment details.

Contact Details: Manually stored in a secure internal document for contact purposes.
Submitted Information: When distributing content, we store relevant metadata such as composer, writer, lyricist, and artist name.

4. Revenue Sharing, Royalties, and Payment Terms
Commission: VibeValley Records retains a 20% commission on total earnings generated by your recordings and materials.
Earnings Notification: We notify artists via email when their balance is available for withdrawal.
Withdrawal Requests: Artists may request withdrawals at any time through the designated form, subject to processing by our support team.
Payment Methods: Withdrawals are processed via Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Swish (Swedish). We reserve the right to change or restrict available withdrawal methods.
5. Data Sharing & Protection
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
Payment information is securely stored and used solely for processing payments.
Artist data, including names and roles, is disclosed only when required for content distribution.
If legally required, we may cooperate with law enforcement agencies.
6. Data Storage & Retention
Data is stored securely in non-public CSV files owned by us.
If an artist cancels their service, their information is removed from our active records, including feature lists (e.g., "ROSTER") and internal sheets.
We do not maintain large-scale data packages.

As a non-profit and unregistered company, we take reasonable security measures to protect data.
No highly confidential artist information is stored, reducing security risks.
In the event of a data breach, we will take necessary steps to mitigate risks and notify affected users if required.
